Real Estate Showing Agent – Learn the Business While You Earn

We’re looking for someone interested in getting hands-on experience in real estate by helping clients view homes and understand their options. As a Showing Agent, you’ll spend your time working directly with buyers, coordinating showings, answering questions, and learning how the sales process works from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term real estate career and prefers learning by doing. You’ll receive clear guidance, practical training, and access to the systems that help agents stay organized and productive. Along the way, you’ll develop skills in client communication, lead follow-up, and basic sales — all essential parts of becoming a successful agent.

$125,500 - $225,400 yearly

• Coordinate and schedule property showings to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
• Guide clients through properties, highlighting key features and answering any questions they may have.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback and insights from showings, enhancing the overall sales strategy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market to offer informed advice to clients.
• Assist in preparing and organizing necessary documentation for property showings and transactions.
• Follow up with clients post-showing to address any additional questions and nurture ongoing relationships.

• Real Estate License required or in progress.
• Experience in customer service or sales, ensuring a client-first approach.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and in writing.
• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and schedules efficiently.
• Familiarity with the Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News real estate market is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, sharing insights and feedback.
• Comfortable using technology and real estate software to organize and track showings.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address client questions and needs promptly and accurately.
