Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the Matcha team you will own userfacing features endtoend from requirements gathering and design reviews to shipping, telemetry, and iteration. Youll live mostly in the frontend but arent afraid to jump into backend code or work with smart contracts when it unlocks a better experience. Youll dig into product analytics, using data to guide decisions with our product and design partners to continuously improve Matcha.

Responsibilities

• Craft delightful experiences build, test, and deploy performant React/Next.js UI that makes complex DeFi interactions feel magical.
• Ship autonomously take ownership of features and iterate quickly with design, product, and data partners.
• Push the frontier keep abreast of the nascent and rapidly evolving blockchain space, and introduce innovative tools and products.
• Elevate the team mentor peers, review PRs, and shape our engineering culture of intellectual honesty and longterm thinking.

Requirements

• 5+ years building production web apps; youve worn the Senior badge.
• Fluency in TypeScript and modern React patterns.
• Strong command of HTML/CSS and browser performance fundamentals.
• Proven experience designing and consuming APIs (REST or GraphQL).
• Handson with Web3 tooling (wagmi, viem, ethers.js) or deep interest and the capacity to ramp fast.
• Passion for the benefits of decentralization and the 0x mission.
• You embody our core values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on longterm impact.
• Timezone overlap with US Pacific 4 hours.
• Bachelor's or equivalent experience.
• Two annual inperson team meetups around the globe.

Bonus points

• DeFi poweruser or contributor.
• Familiarity with Amplitude, Fullstory, or similar analytics suites.
• Observability chops with AWS, Grafana, Sentry.
• Solidity, EVM, or Solana experience.

• The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $230,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by jobrelated skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
