Role Overview

Senior Maximo Solution Architect responsible for leading enterprise architecture projects from planning through delivery in support of federal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, technical strategy, and architectural documentation for Maximo MAS implementations, upgrades, and integrations
• Interface with stakeholders across federal client organizations to align system strategies with business needs
• Guide cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Apply advanced principles to solve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance
• Support milestone events, audits, and documentation efforts across the acquisition lifecycle

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• A minimum of 10 years of enterprise architecture experience, including Maximo MAS implementations and upgrades
• A minimum of 5 years maintaining complex technical platforms during delivery and steady state
• A minimum of 5 years leading leanagile squads and crossfunctional teams
• Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills
• Deep understanding of the Maximo Compatibility Matrix and industry standards
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance with the U.S. government

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Cloud platform certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS, IBM Cloud)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting federal clients
• Experience developing architectural deliverables and technical documentation
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and compliance standards
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
