• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing\n
• Start Date: November 13, 2025\n
• End Date: February 12, 2026\n
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks\n
• Hours per Week: 40\n
• Shift: Weekday Day Shift – five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2450 - $2620\n

\n\nQualifications – Operating Room Lead RN\n

\n
• Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience\n
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience\n
• Current AHA BLS certification for healthcare providers\n
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications\n
• CNOR and CRNFA certifications\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR)\n
• Experience with Cerner EMR\n
• Clinical experience in orthopedic, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, ENT, and interventional pain management procedures\n
• Gastroenterology / Endoscopy Lab experience preferred\n

\n\nResponsibilities – Lead RN, Operating Room\n

\n
• Lead the perioperative nursing team to optimize patient throughput and surgical schedule efficiency\n
• Coordinate staffing and supervise clinical support staff, including RNs, surgical technologists, and technicians\n
• Serve as a preceptor and mentor for new team members\n
• Collaborate with the Surgical Services Manager for oversight, supervision, and scheduling\n
• Enhance surgical efficiencies to support surgeons, anesthesia providers, and patient flow\n
• Manage and update surgical preference cards as needed\n
• Exercise independent clinical judgment to ensure patient safety and maintain high-quality standards\n
• Perform standard surgical nursing duties as required\n
