Entry-Level Import Clerk

Our client is seeking an Entry-Level Import Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate with customers, agents, vendors, and shippers to maintain process flows and resolve issues.
• Perform accurate data entry of shipping and cargo details into systems following required procedures.
• Assist in monitoring shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
• Support the team with documentation and record-keeping related to imports.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel or similar software.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
